Policy Overview
Due to the digital, consultative, and time-based nature of our services, PIMarketingPro does not offer refunds or returns for services rendered. Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services.
No Refunds for Services Rendered
Once a service (e.g., strategy session, monthly management, campaign setup) has been performed, initiated, or the allocated time/resources have been committed, fees are non-refundable. This is because our work product (strategy, analysis, setup) cannot be “returned.”
Subscription/Retainer Cancellation
You may cancel a monthly retainer or subscription service with written notice according to the terms in your Service Agreement (typically 30 days). Cancellation stops future billing but does not trigger a refund for the current or past billing periods.
Satisfaction Guarantee / Service Disputes
If you are dissatisfied with a specific deliverable, we ask that you contact us immediately at support@pimarketingpro.com to discuss the issue. We are committed to client success and will work diligently to resolve any performance concerns or correct any errors on our part.
Exceptions
In the unlikely event we are unable to commence a pre-paid project due to our own capacity constraints, a full refund for that pre-payment will be issued.
