PIMarketingPro delivers intangible digital marketing and consulting services. “Delivery” means the performance of tasks, provision of reports, strategy documents, and access to managed accounts as outlined in your Service Agreement.
Communication Channels
Primary communication will occur via:

- Project Management Tools:Â (e.g., Trello, Asana, Slack) if applicable.
- Scheduled Calls:Â Weekly or monthly strategy calls as per your plan.
Reporting & Updates
You will receive regular updates, typically on a weekly or monthly basis, detailing:
- Key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Work completed
- Ad spend and results
- Recommendations and next steps
Client Onboarding
Upon signing a Service Agreement, we will initiate an onboarding process to gather necessary access (via secure methods), understand your brand, and set clear expectations.
Service Scope & Revisions
The scope is defined in your Service Agreement. Requests that significantly alter the scope may require a revised agreement and adjusted fees.
